Thank you to each and every volunteer for your invaluable help over the duration of the WLA 2010 Convention and Trade Show in Brisbane, Queensland.

Your commitment to visit Australia and support this event highlights what great ambassadors you are for your lottery organisations and for the lottery industry.

As volunteers you played one of the most—if not the most—important roles in the success of this Convention and Trade Show.

You were the ones who first greeted guests at the airport, in hotels, at the Convention venue or on the bus. You were the ones to help delegates find where to go when unfamiliar surroundings got the better of them. And you were the ones that ensured maps were handed out, general enquiries were responded to, and—most importantly—a smile was always offered.
