WLA 2010 Trade Show As one of the Convention features, alongside the Business Program and Social Program, WLA 2010 will include a comprehensive Trade Show, showcasing the latest developments in lottery-related products and services. The Trade Show will be located in a 4800 square meter Exhibition Hall at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, situated adjacent to the Great Hall where the majority of the business program will take place. WLA 2010 is the hallmark event for the World Lottery Association in 2010 and offers a unique platform for you to interact with your key target markets and promote your latest product developments. The Convention program has been structured to maximise opportunities for delegate and exhibitor interaction in the Trade Show. Lunch and afternoon tea will be served in the Trade Show from Monday 1 November to Wednesday 3 November, with the Trade Show remaining open for the full afternoon on Tuesday 2 November. Exhibitors can choose from the following exhibition options. The fees below are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Space Only How to Book Exhibition Space at the WLA 2010 Trade Show is now available for purchase online via an interactive Trade Show floor plan, which is updated in ‘real time’ as exhibition booths are sold. Sponsorship sales have also been launched. Delivery of your items to the BCEC Electrical equipment BCEC management reserves the right to request removal from the site of any electrical equipment it deems to be noncompliant or suspect and can call upon internal specialists to assist when necessary Any person who suffers an electric shock from any piece of electrical equipment MUST report the incident IMMEDIATELY to BCEC's security department. Food and beverage Alcohol is not permitted on the stands unless ordered through the BCEC. INTRALOT is the official water bottle sponsor for WLA 2010. No other water bottles, for promotional purposes or otherwise, can be distributed during WLA 2010. Rigging NEW Move in / move out schedule
High visibility vests and closed in shoes must be worn at all times during move in and move out times. Bring these with you, or purchase them on site from the BCEC information desk. Couriers must pick up all despatches by midday Thursday 4 November 2010. ExpoNet: official building contractor for WLA 2010 The exhibition manual, developed in partnership with ExpoNet, details the stand packages available through ExpoNet as well as the various stand modification and upgrade options. The Australian Customs Service works with international conventions to allow exhibits to be imported into Australia on a 'Temporary Import' basis. To enable us to clear your exhibit under bond on a 'Temporary Import' basis, please adhere to all instructions in section five of the Exhibition Manual All import shipments are subject to Australian Quarantine Inspection Service requirements. All sea freight shipments (FCL and LCL) containing timber must be fumigated prior to shipment to Australia and a valid treatment certificate should be included with your commercial documentation.
