Registration Fees

The Convention registration fees below are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Please note that The President’s Cup Golf Day is not included in the delegate registration fee or the accompanying persons registration fee. If you wish to participate, please use the online registration form to purchase a place at this event.


 

How to Register

To register for WLA 2010, please complete the online registration form. You can book your accommodation using the same form.

Registrations for WLA 2010 must be submitted via the online registration form. A PDF registration form is available for download, however please note that this is to be used for instructional purposes only – do not submit this form by fax.

 

Payment

The following payment options are available for WLA 2010:

  1. Request an invoice
    An invoice will be sent to you, including bank details for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer / Internet Banking
  2. Personal Cheque, Company Cheque, Bank Cheque made payable to ICMS Australasia (cheques must be in Australian dollars)
  3. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card

Transactions will appear on your bank statement as ICMS Australasia.

To confirm your registration you must provide payment via credit card at the time of registering. If you choose to pay via cheque or direct bank transfer, payment must be made within 14 days or your registration will be cancelled

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to the Convention Secretariat. Cancellations received before 10 September 2010 will receive a full refund less 25% to cover administration costs. Refunds for cancellations received on or after 10 September 2010 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate a substitute from the same company at no extra cost if notification of the substitution is made in writing to the Convention Secretariat before 10 September 2010. Registration transfers made on or after the 10 September 2010 will incur an AUD $50 processing fee. Please be aware that substitute delegates will need to apply for a visa. Refunds will not be granted on failure of a visa application.

 

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Please note that your credit card details are required to guarantee your accommodation booking. On receipt of your card details, a deposit equivalent to one night's tariff will be taken from your card to secure your booking. This deposit will be forwarded to your hotel and will be credited to your room account. Your accommodation will not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of your accommodation is payable to your hotel upon check-out. If no deposit is received by 10 September 2010, your booking will not be processed and your room will be released back to the hotel.

Should you wish to cancel your accommodation booking, you must do so in writing to the Convention Secretariat. Cancellation requests received before 10 September 2010 will receive a refund of the deposit paid, less 25% to cover administration costs. Delegates who advise of cancellation on or after 10 September will forfeit the full deposit amount plus the 'no-show' rate as set by the hotel. The 'no show' rate is calculated by multiplying the hotel's per night 'no show-rate' by the number of nights booked. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking.
